Did she see that coming her way; may be Yes, may be No
She was still expecting herself to be surprised at some point;
May be at some point she gave up...reading between the lines of your words.
May be she had a slight hope..to see a silver line in the darkest of clouds.
You will never know how much she wonders, how eager she is to know;
What you feel....
may be your words make sense at times; may be they confuse her world;
Caz the truth is you seem to be stuck between two worlds still.. (at least she feels)
Your actions at times wows her; and at times take a troll on her;
she is confused of what to believe..
She tries hard to see the reality as it is and not dream or assume;
But for a broken woman, it ain't easy boy!
Well you may have surprised her with the twist ( December you are always a twister)
She is lost between your words and your actions;
Was it intended? I hope not!!
The waiting kills her with suspicion...waiting for everything...
She is a little skeptical about unknown, grey futures; she has always been.
She wishes you knew her for all these..
More logical side of her tells her to wait and not rush;
Should she quit or should she wait....
May be she will wait....................
To enjoy everything that came with a surprise in December !
P.S- She looooooved the cupcakes too :) (should she call that the best thing...may be not !)
