Surgery to the soul !

I am a woman and I am beautiful! How many of us (women) can say this out loud and not be laughed upon or frowned upon?

Beauty is so overrated in our society the general expectation is a woman to be "beautiful". Let's say it is a fair expectation. We never say we expect all men to be "handsome". Do we ever? I think something is strangely wrong somewhere and society needs a change!

Over the last few decades, the world surely has gone through so much that from photo-shopped advertisements using women to the ever growing porn industry has revolutionized the definition of "beauty" of a woman. The "exception" has now become the "normal". Somewhere in between the definition has so much narrowed down to hairless bodies and spotless faces.

Unfortunately, the woman by nature being a creature that needs acceptance has fallen in to the trap of wanting to feel being a part of an accepted crowd. And the things they do (including me)! Something that bothers me so much is who dictated this new definition of beauty? And what makes you think it will not keep on changing? and who knows for the better or worst?

So are we going to keep on changing to meet the never ending needs of probably a handful percentage of people in this world? Who would any woman try so hard, go through a lot of pain ( mind you waxing hurts..i bet botox injections do too...and the money spent on all the surgeries.. ) to be what "society" wants you to be?

( These thoughts worried me too much in recent past that I had to pen this down) I am a strong believer of inner beauty of a woman. It has a deeper meaning and a lasting impression. Simply you may even refer to as a beautiful soul. But how many of us do anything to be beautiful inside?Unfortunately everyone is too busy working on a pretty face.

I think it is high time that before its too late to voice out and start acting out to show that we are beautiful in our own way in our own skin - just the way we were born! Yes we have hairy bodies, scars that tells our story, we come in all sizes and that is what we are.

Ladies- this is a call out to you to start thinking of being beautiful inside to get rid of all that negativity, jealousy, infidelity, insecurities and pride. Trust be you will make a lasting impression on a lot more people (and it might make you feel a lot bigger than just leaving impressions in bed)

Well and if you have too much of cash and would want to get a surgery done to make your "assets" bigger and better, why not try a fast one? A SURGERY TO YOUR SOUL!

Let's live the change so the world will accept women for who they are - beautiful within!
